These terms and conditions govern your use of the Moraira Pest Control website at www.moraira-pestcontrol.com and the pest control services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide professional pest control and fumigation services to residential and commercial customers in Moraira and surrounding areas of the Costa Blanca. All services are carried out by trained, licensed technicians using EU-approved products.
The specific scope of each treatment will be agreed in advance of work commencing. We reserve the right to decline to carry out treatments we consider unsafe or outside our scope of operations.
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are based on information provided at the time of enquiry. If the actual pest problem is found to be significantly more extensive than described, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price before commencing additional work.
Prices quoted are inclusive of all materials, travel within our standard service area, and VAT (IVA) at the current Spanish rate where applicable.
Appointments are confirmed by telephone or email. We ask that you ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access to the property through no fault of our own, a call-out fee may be charged.
We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time. Where delays are unavoidable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for treatment failure if preparation instructions have not been followed.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on most pest control treatments. If the target pest problem recurs within 30 days of treatment and under normal circumstances, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge.
The guarantee does not apply if:
Payment is due on completion of the treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and most major credit/debit cards. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment terms will be specified in the contract agreement.
For commercial clients with agreed credit terms, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
We hold full public liability insurance. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services, except where required by law.
We are not responsible for any damage to the property that was pre-existing and not caused by our technicians or products when used as directed.
All products used are EU-approved and applied in accordance with Spanish pesticide regulations and the manufacturer's instructions. Safety data sheets are available on request. We will provide specific safety advice relevant to each treatment carried out.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover technician time and travel costs.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible at help@morairapestcontrol.com or by phone at 625723331. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in the Alicante province.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
